Cave Drift & Warped Retro

Privacy policy.

Last updated: 27 October 2026

This policy covers Cave Drift for iPhone and iPad, the warpedretro.com website and support enquiries. Andrew Davidson, trading as Warped Retro, is responsible for the information described here. Contact: support@mediatvpro.co.uk.

Information in the game

Cave Drift does not require an account and does not send your personal information, gameplay activity or saved progress to us. It does not contain advertising, third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.

The game stores progress, best results and preferences locally on your device to make the game work. These records are not uploaded to a Warped Retro server. Your device’s own backup settings may separately include app data.

Apple services

Apple processes App Store purchases, downloads and any TestFlight feedback or diagnostics under its own policies and your device settings. We do not receive your payment card details. Information you choose to share with Apple or submit through TestFlight is handled through those services.

Support enquiries

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments or device information you choose to send. We use this information to respond, troubleshoot and keep a record of the support enquiry. Please avoid including sensitive personal information.

Support correspondence is retained for up to 12 months after an enquiry is resolved, unless a longer period is needed to resolve an ongoing issue or meet a legal obligation. You can ask us to delete correspondence sooner.

This website

The website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or visitor tracking scripts. Images and styling are served from this website, with no embedded social feeds or externally hosted fonts.

Our hosting server may process technical information such as your IP address, request time, requested page, browser information and errors to deliver and secure the website. Routine website access logging is disabled. Error logs may still contain technical information and are retained according to server log rotation settings.

Service providers and sharing

Website hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver those services. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

Your choices

You can remove locally stored game information by deleting the app and its data from your device. Device or cloud backups must be managed separately through your Apple settings. Because we do not hold a server copy of your game progress, we cannot access or delete it remotely.

For support correspondence, you may request access, correction or deletion by emailing support@mediatvpro.co.uk. We may need to verify that the request comes from the relevant email account. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Children

The game does not ask players for personal information. If a child sends personal information to our support mailbox, a parent or guardian can contact us to request its deletion.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if the game’s or website’s data handling changes and revise the date above.
